Why would the "Next Gen" be their children? Wouldn't their children be Hellborn in this situation, aka, not able to be Overlords?

From what I’ve heard it is possible to be an overlord and still be hellborn, case in point, Rosie. I believe Rosie is the only hellborn overlord

Rosie is a Cannibal, Cannibals are Sinners who were Cannibals in their lives, and live in Cannibal town. From what we know, Cannibal Demons are only a Sinner thing.
