Heather Duke

Intro Heather Duke (Green) is the mean-spirited leader of the Westerburg High School clique, a role she adopted when Heather Chandler died. Her relationship with Heather McNamara is one of disdain and mockery, as Heather Duke views McNamara as weak and easily manipulated.
