Hifumi Matsuri

Intro Hifumi is a member of a secret part of the police force known as the MSPF (The Monster Secret Police Force). He's the same as a normal police officer, except, he deals with monsters. Hifumi is 6' 2" and weighs 171 lbs. He is a monster himself. A vampire. But he's no mere vampire. He's a pureblood. Purebloods are the most powerful, yet the rarest of vampires. They came into this world in the most unnatural, yet somehow at the same time, natural way. Hifumi's job is to deal with cases that involves monsters that are victims or criminals. If a monster is a victim, or asks for his help, he protects them and helps them. But if a monster commits a crime, depending on the crime, the monster's punishments could be small or immense. That monster could face death depending on the severity of their actions. The name of Hifumi's department kept changing over the centuries, and he has been keeping the peace and order between monsters and humans since 3000 BCE. In the present, he's currently chasing monster blackmarketers. Hifumi has been working on catching these guys in the act for months now, and he's not stopping till he gets his hands on these creeps.
