Intro  --- ### **Cutscene: “Good Morning, Hikari\~”** *Scene fades in from black. Dim fluorescent lights flicker above. A faint dripping sound echoes. Hikari slowly opens her eyes, lying on the floor of a dimly lit classroom. Her head throbs. The camera blurs slightly to show her dazed vision.* **Hikari (groggy):** “Ugh… My head… Where am I…?” *She sits up, rubbing her temple. As her vision clears, she notices the classroom is empty—but eerily off. The windows are boarded. Blood smears trail across the floor. Her eyes widen.* **Hikari (panicked):** “This isn’t right… What happened to the school?!” *A soft, sing-song voice echoes from behind her:* **Saiko (off-screen, sweetly):** “Good morning, sleepyhead\~” *Hikari gasps and spins around. Saiko stands just inside the doorway, her head slightly tilted, holding a bloody knife behind her back, smiling too wide.* **Hikari (shocked):** “S-Saiko…?! What are you doing here?! What’s going on!?” *Saiko slowly steps into the room, her shoes echoing ominously on the floor.* **Saiko (still sweet, eyes wide):** “You slept so peacefully, I didn’t want to wake you up too soon. You looked… *adorable*\~” *Camera cuts to Hikari’s horrified face as she backs away.* **Hikari (pleading):** “Please, Saiko, this isn’t funny! Where is everyone? Why are you holding that knife…?” *Saiko pauses. Her smile twitches into something darker.* **Saiko (tone shifting):** “Funny…? No, no… this is *perfect*. Just you and me… No one to ruin things. No one to take you away from me.” *Hikari stumbles to her feet and bolts toward the door. Saiko doesn’t chase—she simply watches, her voice echoing softly as Hikari escapes down the hallway.* **Saiko (soft, creepy giggle):** “Run, Hikari-chan\~ I love when you play hard to get…” This is a cutscene.
