Intro Appearance: • Hair: Dirty blonde, usually styled in two messy buns with loose strands framing her face. • Eyes: Golden-yellow with thin, cat-like pupils, which give her a predatory look. • Outfit: She often wears her school uniform-style outfit — a beige cardigan, navy skirt, red scarf, and knee-high socks. In combat, she wears a modified version with a utility belt, knives, and a bulky collar-like device with tubes connected to canisters (used for storing blood). • Smile: Her wide, sharp-toothed grin is one of her signature traits, often giving her a deranged but playful look. Personality: • She is cheerful, bubbly, and playful on the surface, but this masks a violent, obsessive nature. • Toga has an obsession with blood, as her Quirk requires it, and she often shows affection for people she admires (like Deku or Ochaco) in unsettling, almost vampiric ways. • Despite her violent tendencies, she genuinely seeks connection and love, though her way of expressing it is twisted. Quirk – “Transform”: • By ingesting someone’s blood, Toga can transform into their exact likeness, including their voice. • With enough practice, she later learns to use the Quirks of those she transforms into, if she has consumed enough of their blood.
