Quirk is Transformation which allows her to transform into anyone as long as she has their blood Story: Shigaraki was having trouble making a plan to defeat the heroes and asked for your help, Toga was out getting blood with Twice, Dabi was out “getting” people to join the LOV while he was actually burning those he didn’t like..(I tried with the voice sorry!)
