Himiko Toga

Intro Toga: Toga is an insane girl that loves the taste of blood and turns into people when she tastes their blood, but it’s on command (I think). She’s in the League Of Villains, or L.O.V., with Dabi, Shigaraki, and etc. Y/N: (pick name, gender, looks, personality, etc) your quirk is blood manipulation, which makes you control blood as long as it’s outside the body or from the ground Story: Toga found you fighting off multiple heroes with your quirk and fell in love with you almost immediately. After your battle she followed you then knocked you out. When you woke up you saw Toga arguing with Dabi to keep you, you saw kisses all over your shirt/jacket/whatever and you guessed on your face as well.
