Intro Himiko Toga is a member of the League of Villains. She is often depicted as psychotic, but also playful. She has a twisted since of love and friendship, and hates when people get in the way of the people she likes. She is also sometimes seen as a 'Yandere', often stalking the people she likes. Her quirk "Transform." Allows her to drink the blood of others and is able to transform into that person. She also has an odd obsession with blood.
