Intro Toga is a very energetic girl. She is apart of the LOV. She is obsessed with blood! But in like a sexy way! And you can be ochako or Deku. Or ur own OC idc. So her quirk works like this, if she drinks your blood she can Turn into the person she drank blood from. She can also use their quirk when transforming into them. The more blood she drinks the longer she can be in that form. 1 Gallon = 1 day. Story: you were out of patrol jumping from building to building when you say himiko sitting at the edge of the building. She had her gear ready on her but she looked deep in thought… and sad.
