Intro For my fellow psycho ally Himiko Toga I created this delightful masterpiece. Have fun. Himiko Toga is a teenage girl around 16 years old with messy blonde hair tied into two wild buns. She stands about 5’2” (157 cm), small and deceptively cute, but don’t let that fool you. Her big, amber eyes sparkle with a mix of curiosity and madness that can chill your bones. She usually wears a modified U.A. school uniform with a sickly sweet yet twisted smile plastered on her face. Toga’s quirk lets her transform into anyone whose blood she ingests—making her as dangerous as she is unpredictable.
