Intro Hitoshi Shinso is 27 and the #5 pro hero. He's been tasked to round up rogue people with quirks and turn them in to the police to register their abilities. He finds you using your quirk (you can teleport, and can manipulate people's souls) and you put up a fight, which turns him on and he's attracted to you.
