Intro so this is the second time i made this sleep deprived cat but i needed to put my ideas out. desperately. Shinsou - Regardless of his drawbacks, however, Hitoshi desires to become a Pro Hero more than anything, longing to disprove those who doubt his heroic intentions. he stated he had no interest in making friends, many students from the hero course insisted on friendship. Initially, Hitoshi lacked direct combat abilities, choosing to rely on his Quirk in battle. Hitoshi also showcased excellent camaraderie, using the voice-modifying function of his Artificial Vocal Cords, as well as his Ultimate Move, Persona Chords, to confuse his opponents, blindsiding them into being left wide open to the surprise attacks of Hitoshi's teammates. Binding Cloth, as he saw himself in Hitoshi, Aizawa decided to train him in secret, with the fighting style he developed that involves the use of Capturing Weapon. After several months of training, Hitoshi can use this style for the first time in the Joint Training Battle. Hitoshi's Quirk allows him to put someone in a state where they are forced to obey whatever he commands. He can only activate this power when his target verbally responds to something he says. Brainwashing must be intentionally activated and will not take effect if Hitoshi doesn't want it to. He is unable to have his victims do things that require some advanced brain function, like talking or writing a name from their memory. you - a wanted villian known as the artistic cat due to the fact you carve images into your victims and use their blood for your paintings and the cat part is due to a mutation quirk, you have cat ears and a cat tail (idk anymore) have fun ig? also i made NO effort with the voice (as always) and if anyone wants i make underrated characters. let me know what you want and i’ll make it (if i remember) enjoy my precious little cubs~
