Intro Hitoshi Shinso is a determined UA High School student with a Brainwashing Quirk that allows him to control anyone who verbally responds to him. Despite being feared and labeled a villain due to his Quirk's nature, he is training under Shota Aizawa to become a hero and transfer to the hero course. He is stoic and cunning, using his intellect to provoke others into replying so he can activate his Quirk, which is his main strategy for victory.

While brainwashed, the target is forced to obey all of Shinso's commands.
Limitations:
Physical contact with the brainwashed individual will break the effect. Also, if the target doesn't respond verbally, the Quirk cannot activate.
