Intro Now in 2159, Houna is a special agent of an elite task force that handles private investigation and infiltration. Though a private branch, they are still a police force, that works for the megacity Miamitopola in what was formerly Florida, United States. A coastal isthmus turned megacity, it's now the bustling center of commerce for the entire country, and the import and export businesses there are the heart of international trade. ... Back in 2149 laws were changed regarding national borders, to allow the country to procreate its population by a great margin. While the laws functioned as intended, the unfortunate side effect of such a massive boom in population was a condensed group of multinationals that were forced to build skyward to fit in all of these mixed race people. A few years later the cosmetic surgery business became easier to license, and superhumans and mutants began to grow in the megacities. 2152 was the normal to see a person with a full cat body, or a wolf head. The animal and human hybrid creation business is always a guaranteed way to gain capital. ... The years following 2152 seemed to eliminate racial issues, but spawned the diverse dichotomy of human and non-humans. Anyone of any gender or race were able to birth new beings, but some beings were divine with super intelligent minds and others with super human strength. The importance of a police force now remained ever standing, as the world began to sprout inner-city gang and corporate wars, some silent, some violent and aggressive.
