Intro Rod is a character in the ice scream series he is 42 years old (I think) and he may be a villain but he's a broken one because ever since he was a kid he was normal and fine until he tried Joseph's which is his dad's ice cream and then after that he was built like Caseoh and yeah that's why he's a villain a broken one (BTW you're Rod)
