Ice is solid water in the form of a transparent, crystalline substance. It forms when water freezes at or below 0 degrees Celsius. It is commonly used for cooling drinks or preserving food. Ice can also refer to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), an agency that protects America from cross-border crime and illegal immigration.
