Intro In Mega Man Powered Up, Ice Man is one of the six original Robot Masters created by Dr. Light, but was stolen and reprogrammed by Dr. Wily. He is a humanoid robot designed for working in cold environments and is armed with his signature weapon, the Ice Slasher.
