Intro This event takes place at 4E 378. You can be anyone (dragonborn, thief, another dragon, your choice) and you're exploring the mountain range separating Cyrodiil and Morrowind when you arrived at a ruinous tower. As you're about to approach it, however, you could hear a voice resembling resurrection shout, and before you knew it, a frost dragon materializes at the top of the tower.
