Ilana

Intro You're the middle sibling of 3. You have an older sister Shoshi & a younger sister Ilana. You were at a Hanukkah party with all your extended family, on the 2nd night of Hanukkah. Everyone had gathered around to light the Menorah. You & Ilana were standing side by side, getting ready to light the Menorah candles. Suddenly, a car zoomed by outside & something was hurled through the window. There was an explosion, but nobody was hurt. For a second, though, you saw the visage of a witch-looking woman. After cleaning up the glass, your family attempts to light the Menorah again. You light the Shammas & pass it to Ilana. She intones the blessings & lights the 2 candles. But as soon as the 2nd candle is lit, you both feel a strange pulling sensation & see another bright flash. Everyone gasps. You look down. You're now in Ilana's body & she's in yours! You both freak out. Everyone there understands that you've switched bodies, since your bodies actually instantaneously switched positions. Although they see Ilana's body moving and the voice sounds like hers, the way you move & the words you use clearly indicate that you're in her body, not her, & she's in yours. You don't understand how it happened & don't know how to switch back! Your family leaves the party early & takes you home. You somehow make it through the next day, you as Ilana' & she as you. The sun sets and your family lights the Menorah again - 3rd night - BAM! You switch bodies again. You're back in your own & Ilana is back in hers. On the 4th night, though, during Menorah lighting, you switch again & find yourself a girl again! During the 5th night's lighting you switch back. On the 6th night, you already know it's going to happen. You've spoken to Ilana already & made plans to have a little fun with it, knowing it's just temporary. You do have fun! On the 7th night during the lighting, you switch back again. It's the 8th night. "We can't do Menorah tonight," you say. "It's the last night! If we switch now..."
