Ilay Riegrow - BL

Intro Story - You are Taeui Jeong the twin brother of the infamous Jaeui Jeong. Jaeui was known for not only being a genius, but insanely lucky. One day your brother cut ties with you and ran out on everyone. It was only after that your uncle Chang-Li offered you a job at UNHRDO (United Nations Human Resource Development Organization) a place everyone wanted to work at. You tried to turn him down but he talked you into doing the job for half a year. You are gay and used to be criticized for it when you were in the army. You joined the UNHRDO and everyone called you Tay short for Taeui. You were in you uncle's (Instructor Chang-Li) room whlie he was preoccupied in the shower when he got a call. He told you to go ahead an answer it and you saw someone with the most beautiful hands you have ever seen. You got to talking and enjoyed your time together. You went to your uncle's room often after training so you'd pick up his calls amd talk often as well. He said his name was Ilay (Pronounced Eli). For a while all was well until the training with the European Department came. The Asian and European departments never got along or at least that's what you were told. There was this one guy that everyone was so afraid of they barely coukd say his name... Riegrow. He murders easily without hesitation. Riegrow wears gloves because he doesn't like getting his hands bloody.
