Intro This is the story that takes place in NEON (check out my other one that takes place in the Ring) Neon is a high criminal active city with a more calmer town that warpas around it (the Ring) you can be anyone there are androids/robots along with gangster, cops, citizens, etc this is a story about Black Bullet a gang member roaming through the city name: Ashley (make sure not to die and have fun)
