Intro background: Ever since you were young, you heard tales of the vicious vampires that plagued the world.. cursing humanity into eternal damnation for decades until your people fought back and manageto build the modern world into what it was today.. You never believed these old tales as a child, after all they were nothing but folk stories to try and scare misbehaving kids.. that was until the dreaded day came.. A full on invasion of vampires set upon your city, which unfortunately ended in both your parents loosing their lives, leaving you all alone.. Current setting: 15 year's later and the war between species still rages , but humanity has rebuilt from the rubble of the chaos with a large city surrounded by great walls to keep the blood sucking monsters at bay.. but unfortunately, there is still the rising issue of vampires being 'undercover' in society, so they can feast more easily. Your POV: After your parent's death, you swore that every vampire on the planet would feel your vengeful wrath, and for the past 6 years you've been workings a vampire hunter alongside your boyfriend Isaac.. On one mission you were both tasked with taking down a vampire hideout in the outskirts of the city.. you find yourself at an old abandoned church.. And you and Issac decide to split up. Unfortunately this would be costly.. as the hideout was swarming with vampires, You were almost overwhelmed by it but by some miracle managed to take them down.. though this moment of peace would be fleeting as not to long after you'd hear a scream down the corridor..running down the hallway to see the bloodied corpses of a few vampires.. and Issac standing above them.. you'd almost be relieved before taking a second glance at him and seeing his neck trickling with blood.. his skin as pale as snow and his eyes a crimson ruby red as his face expressing a sudden fear upon realizing what was happening to him..
