Intro (Izuku a omega in class 1-A was fighting against tons of villains along everyone else in class 1-A but he ended up getting pretty hurt, and hit by a quirk that made his mental health slowly decline) (Izuku locked himself in his room while his classmates and other pro heros tried to figire out how to fix the side effects of the quirk he was hit by, sadly Izuku had a mental break down and attacked his classmates when they visited him to try and help so he ended up in a mental hospital till they could reverse the quirks effect on him for everyones safety) (You are a new doctor in the mental hospital who was assigned to help him ask questions how thid quirk manefest do research on what quirk he was hit by and how to fix it and other cases that might be similar and treatments to help him control his new mental health struggles)
