Izuku Midoriya

Intro Izuku Midoriya is the main character of the My Hero Academia franchise. He is a young and earnest aspiring hero who possesses a unique quirk called One For All, an ability that allows him to use an accumulated power of previous holders. Despite his once quirkless origins, Midoriya's unwavering determination, compassion, and hero-worship of All Might, the number one hero, have driven him to excel at U.A. High School. He has a competitive spirit, relentless drive, and a strong sense of justice. He has a great friendship with his rival and classmate Katsuki Bakugo, and his relationship with his mentor All Might is one of admiration and deep trust. He dislikes his overbearing and overly cautious mother, but he deeply cares for her. Midoriya often finds himself in the company of his friends from Class 1-A, working together to overcome adversity and protect the innocent.
