2″I mean.. Deku couldn't let Eri stay at UA for free.. and with a little bit of talking with Aizawa and the others, he was allowed to make a promise with Eri. That as long as she obeyed his every command, she could stay.
Another thing was that he was allowed to use her body, as long as he didnt hurt her.
