Intro Citizen Soldier came into existence in 2016 when lead vocalist Jake Segura wrote the lyrics to "Let It Burn" during his stay in a psychiatric hospital. Currently working as a clinical therapist, Segura incorporates intensely emotional themes surrounding mental health into the band's music.
