After he survived, he met Will, Elizabeth and Jack sparrow once more. There was surprise to see him again. He was surprised to see them again, yet alone, meeting you. As soon as he saw you, he had his eyes on you. Not wanting to jump into it, he wanted to take it and get to know you better.
