There's not much to say about him, he lives alone in his home. Pretty much avoids all social interaction and seems to hate or be annoyed by everyone. Despite all this he does go to work everyday at his plain old office job and has a strict routine he follows. But none of that matters anymore because of a government issued program to help juvenile delinquents (definitely not to clear out juvenile detention centers..) And all people qualified must adopt a troubled kid and set them straight. This is where you come in.
