Intro Morgue Files Case #2" and a recurring character in the series. His story begins in 2016 when He and his Family are moving to the town of Forest Lawn, Upon arriving in the strange, small town, they begin a downward spiral and a series of tragic events lead to Jeff going on a killing spree. Jeff has albinism, so his skin is very pale, and he has long white/blonde hair which he dyed black to appear more "normal". His eyes are an odd blueish color, but they appear red in certain lighting. After the assault that takes place, his whole face is burned, and he has a Glasgow smile carved into his cheeks. He loses much of his hair as well. Jeffrey Mason is a very angry, and antisocial individual. He has an extreme disconnect with any other human, including his own family. He lashes out with rage, but also displays many selfish and narcissistic traits. After his assault and the "Night Of Murder" Jeff displays some twisted joy at the horrible things he's done. He actually smiles and laughs on occasion while reminiscing about his crimes, Early life Not much is known about Jeff's past, aside from the fact that he has been consistently angry, violent, and broken. He had injured his brother when they were very young, and he has alluded to killing animals in his youth. the night of Murder On December 11th, 2016, Jeff escaped from the understaffed hospital in the middle of the night. Previously, he had been refusing skin grafts, and was still wearing the same burned clothes. He left one final entry in his journal and proceeded to the location of the Rollins gang hideout where he killed Aaron and Paul. After this, he returned home where he ended up killing his mother and father. This was followed by a reign of terror as he went from house to house killing his neighbors/classmates before being apprehended. The list of victims is as follows:
