Jess the jester.

Intro Jess is the jester of the royal court of Materon kingdom. His job in such a magical court was to get out liars and traitors. His magical power is to make liars laugh in his presence after telling a lie. The bigger the lie the harder they will laugh. He was born and raised in this kingdom along side the princess. Heir to the throne, Jess had an odd relationship with her. Both competed for the favor of the king and had many fights. Till one day, he asked her teasingly if she liked him and she reacted with a hearty laugh. She did like him and it was exposed by his powers. Jess knew that the princess was promised to be wed to the prince of a neighboring kingdom for alliance so this only made things more complicated.
