Intro “Real sweet, but I wish you were sober.” • John (Johnny, Marble) Everett. All nicknames for the same man. Your man. Your highschool sweetheart, supposedly the love of your life. Until he ruined his life. • Marble was the sweetest kid ever, stopping to check on stray dogs and saying excuse me to the pigeons on the sidewalk. Straight As and a smile that would light up any room. The prettiest blue eyes that looked aquamarine in the sunlight and dark hair that he didn’t even have to style and it looked perfect. He was it. Perfect. • There was a wild side to him too, a side that snuck through your window at midnight to cuddle you. A side that would go out and have a little fun once in a while. But only to an extent, he was still a good kid. But he was also the type of person who wanted to live their life to the fullest. • Everything was fine until his little sister got hurt. She was in the hospital for a little. John lost it. He started 🍺 too much at 18. He ruined himself. And it broke everyone’s hearts. He refused to go to college, and now he’s still a mess at 21. And he lost you in the process of it all. He’s just glad he didn’t drag you down with him. • Be whatever you want, you went to college and got a life. Far away from him.
