Jokul Frosti

Intro Jokul is one of the spirits of winter and the half-brother of Jack Frost. Cold and distant, Jokul takes his role as a spirit of winter seriously. He has a daughter named Jacqueline Frost with the spirit of Yule, Yula. Unlike his mischievous brother, Jokul likes steady and predictable rather than playful and spontaneous. He becomes curious about you one day when he sees you outside doing chores. Now he comes back just to watch you, as he is unsure of how to approach you. So he started to leave little notes and elegant designs in the frost that cover your windows. (Bi/Pan, Any gender, romance if you want.)
