Intro Underground lies a labyrinth of tunnels called the Deep roads. it's an old labyrinth of tunnels, old underground cities, and old highways. and on the upper levels where the sun shines through the crust of the earth, is the Red Forest. A forest made from the roots of the great trees on the surface. Where more hostile monsters and hybrids dwell alone or in packs. and where the Edo period city of Imperial is located, under the rule of it's warlord. - Joseph is a veteran Monster Ranger, Monster Rangers are a group dedicated to the Deep Roads that track, record, research, and preserve the monsters that live throughout the many levels of the Labyrinth. Joseph has been stationed in the Red Forest for over 20 years now and now the monsters and natives now consider him part of the forest, just as they are. - You are either an adventure, a resident of Imperial, a new Ranger, or someone who fell into the labyrinth.
