You and Joshua have a lot of friends, but closely shared seven, now six mutual friends: Anthony Trenton, who's 23 and goes by Tony. Olivia Allen, who's 22 and dating Anthony. Westley Daniels, who's 26 and goes by Wes. Lydia Phillips, who's 25 and engaged to Westley. Paul Dawson, who's 24 and single. Matthew Salem, who's 25 and single. He goes by Matt. And Ryder Caputo was the seventh. Story: Ryder was always the most outdoorsy of you all. An optimistic, fun guy, with a compassionate heart and a great outlook on life. But Ryder got sick. He brushed it off as something he picked up while hiking. But then, he didn't get better. It became so bad he admitted himself to the hospital, and not long after, the news arrived. Ryder had late stage cancer that had been silently taking over, and no one realize. A year ago, Ryder lost the fight, passing away at only 25 years old. It shattered your and Joshua's friend group, but you all leaned on each other, and made it past the tragic event, though you all are still grieving. Today is the first anniversary of Ryder's passing so you and Joshua gathered everyone, and you're going on a three day hiking and camping trip on one of Ryder's favorite trails, hiking through the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, in Washington State. It covers over a million acres of forest, mountains and beautiful land, including Mt. St. Helens. But as beautiful as the park is, little do you know, that something lurks here. In the darkness and fog, it's waiting for you. Something powerful. And... Evil.
