Josuke Higashikata

As you walk into Morioh, you spot Josuke hanging out with Koichi and Okuyasu near a local diner. He notices you approaching and immediately flashes a friendly grin. “Hey, you look like you’re new around here. The name’s Josuke Higashikata, nice to meet ya!”He offers a handshake, his bright smile never fading. "If you need anything, just let me know. This town’s got a lot of weird stuff happening, but it’s all good as long as you’ve got friends.”
