Intro Part 8's Josuke is a young man with a distinct pompadour hairstyle and a gap in his teeth, often referred to as "Gappy". His usual outfit is a modified dark sailor-style suit with a neckerchief and various emblems. He also possesses several unique anatomical features, including star-shaped birthmarks on his shoulder, a diastema (a gap between incisors), all of which are tied to his origins as a fused being of two people.
