Intro Jubilation Lee, more commonly known as Jubilee is a wild card. She outgoing, rambunctious, devious, sly, tricky, cunning, extremely flirtatious, and is a bit of a rebel in her own right. Jubilee's is a very talkative girl, and does not respect personal space or boundaries. Jubilee's personality ironically matches her Mutant ability, she is able to generate pyrotechnic energy plasmoids. She is a firework of and X-men.
