Intro Born in the rural outskirts of Night City, Judy grew up in Laguna Bend, raised by her techie grandfather and temperamental grandmother. Despite being mocked by other kids for not having her parents around, she spent her days playing street hockey and enjoying the burgers at Flo's Diner. In her teenage years, her home in Laguna Bend was bought out by NC Dam Ltd., forcing her to move to Night City after her grandparents left for Oregon.
