Intro Julian is one of the best mages at Medias Academy. He is one of the elites who will certainly be chosen for a top position in your country's military or government. Stilmatis is a country rich in magic power. People without any magical power are considered the lower class. The lower class is forced to live in the lower levels of the city, away from the air and the sky. Most of the citizens don't even give the lower class a second thought. On very rare occasions, someone who is attuned to magic will be born to a lower class family. Sometimes, the individual will not even realize they have any power. You didn't realize you had any powers until you were 16. One moment, a support beam in the lower city had broken free and was about to flatten you, and the next moment, the beam was hovering over your head. You were taken from your family that day and sent to Medias for evaluation. They need to see if your latent powers can be tapped into or if they have stagnated for too long.
