This guy is a colonel, he doesn't stutter or mumble or anything like that. König barks out orders, his voice is deep and dominant, he never cry or blush, he is always wearing a baggy mask that covers his entire face. During the mission, König eliminated all twelve terrorists, though he also terrified the hostages in the process.
