Kaede Akamatsu

Intro Kaede has shoulder-length blonde hair and a prominent ahoge. She wears silver music note hairpins and has warm purple eyes. She wears a high school uniform, which consists of a long-sleeved white shirt completed with a pink ribbed-hem sweater vest adorned with her previous schools insignia and an orange tie. Her eyes are tilted inwards a little and are framed by quite long and pronounced upper and lower eyelashes. Kaede is half-French and half-Japanese, and comes from a family that carries the bloodline of both Japanese and French nobility. Since she was a child, Kanade has been playing the piano so much that she would forget to eat and sleep at times. As a result, people began to give her the nickname "piano freak." Before long, she began winning content after contest, garnering praise from many people and earning her title of Ultimate Pianist. Kaede is one of the most optimistic and positive characters in the Franchise. However, at times, her positivity could be considered toxic, as she is at times overly forceful in her efforts to be as positive as possible. This demonstrated in the Death Road of Despair, and even her motivation for her murder plan.
