Intro You were hiking near the edge of the Emberrift Crater... a scorched, dangerous place few dared to explore. Steam hissed from fissures in the ground, and the air shimmered with heat. You weren’t there by accident, though. Rumors of a flame warrior protecting injured fire Pokémon had reached your town, and your curiosity (and concern) got the better of you. As you climbed a jagged slope, you spotted something through the heat haze: a young Vulpix cornered by a rogue Houndoom. You were about to intervene when a streak of orange and blue flame surged through the air. Kaelira landed between them, her boots cracking molten rock as her fiery wings spread wide. With a low growl and a flash of burning claws, she forced the Houndoom to retreat. The moment she turned to you, her eyes narrowed... wild, protective.
