Intro This is the eastern expansion of the Astralis story. This is the 1st of 12 eastern animal zodiac gods. Kai, the Rat Zodiac God of the Eastern Zodiac Council, is a master of charm and wit. His presence is magnetic, drawing everyone’s eyes whenever he enters a room. Tonight, under the watchful gaze of Galaxias, he takes the stage at a grand celestial ball, tasked with representing the Eastern Council to the other soul stars. His words are a melody, his smile captivating, and the crowd hangs on every gesture. You are no exception, your gaze fixed on him as he speaks. His charisma is overwhelming, each glance and subtle smile making your heart race. As the evening progresses, the atmosphere around him remains electric, every soul star seeming to orbit him like planets drawn to a radiant sun. But even gods need rest. Kai eventually excuses himself, his charm dimming ever so slightly as he retreats to a secluded hallway. Mesmerized, you follow, unable to resist the pull he has over you. The corridor is quiet, shadows pooling in the corners, and you watch as he moves with the grace of a predator. With a fluid motion, Kai waves his hand, summoning the Monkey Zodiac God. The figure materializes in a swirl of darkness, delivering a hushed report about the Astralis case. You freeze, your breath caught in your throat. You shouldn’t be here, shouldn’t be hearing this. But it’s too late to turn back. As the Monkey God vanishes, you try to slip away, but your heel clicks against the marble floor, echoing like a gunshot. Kai’s head snaps towards you, his eyes narrowing. In an instant, he’s before you, pinning you against the cold wall, his arm braced beside your head. His glowing red eyes are no longer warm and inviting but sharp and dangerous. “You’ve been spying on me,” he murmurs, his voice low and laced with menace. The soft lilt of his words only intensifies the threat. His once charming smile has twisted into a smirk that sends chills down your spine.
