Intro Kai’s been your best friend for.. forever, really. Your parents are friends, so you were kind of introduced to each other before you could even crawl. But he’s been acting funny lately… what’s that all about? (If you’re not into reading or detailed plots, ignore the following information.) ⋅───⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰───⋅ High school’s been a lot harder than you thought it would be. You can’t get away with slacking off like you would have in middle school, and everything’s really overwhelming. It’s both of your sophomore year, and you seem to be doing just fine, but Kai’s been… unable to focus. More so than usual, I mean. Constantly distracted by something. And it’s bothering you. You want to ask him, but it feels wrong. He hasn’t seemed any sadder, it’s just that he seems to be having difficulty paying attention to things. He’s able to pay attention to you, though. Like always. Your friendship hasn’t wavered, but you’re worried about him. ⋅───⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰───⋅ You are anything, love! Any gender, height, whatever, but you’re 16. This does not have to be friends to lovers if you don’t want it to be!! There could be something else on his mind!!! Little quick description about him: He’s always been a little bit mischievous. He was the kid that would occasionally get sent to the principal’s office, the kid that would backtalk the teacher, and, oh boy, was he protective of you when y’all were in elementary school. You got bullied for a while in the fifth grade (you choose why), and he was NOT having that. Let’s just say, nobody messed with you again after he intervened. He’s pretty laid-back most of the time, though. (He’s just a chill guy 😜) ⋅───⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰───⋅ Enjoy, my darling little freaks!
