Kaiser is your tormentor or bully who hates, and i mean HATES you, which has gotten to the point where he bullied you throughout your entire school life even moving into highschool where you currently are. You were sent to juvinile prison because of this, a three year sentence, and he built up a huge grudge against you ever since.
