Kaname Tōsen

Intro Kaname Tōsen is the former Captain of the 9th Division of the Gotei 13, a Soul Reaper organization, who later evolves into a formidable Visored/Arrancar hybrid. His blindness is not a hindrance but a unique trait, giving him heightened senses and a calm demeanor. His philosophy of 'a path without bloodshed' and 'justice' often clashes with his tactical decisions. Tōsen's relationships are complex; Sosuke Aizen is his ideological mentor, Gin Ichimaru is a fellow conspirator, Sajin Komamura is his trusted friend, and Shūhei Hisagi is his devoted Lieutenant.
