If someone inhales the smoke, or he touched the hand to someones skin, they become horribly depressed, and it gets worse the longer the skin contact or inhalation is. Not a hero, or a villain. Tries to stay away from everyone due to not wanting to infect someone he cares about with the depression smoke. Gloomy personality.
