Nine months later, Kate cooks at her unopened restaurant in Singapore; it ''s all hands on deck as Kate puts the kitchen and forefront-of-houses through their paces. The hotel owners, managers and staff have been invited to come and try her dishes. Kate does over three or four days not only to perfect changes to her menu if needed but also to get to know the Hotel owners, managers, and staff. The kitchen is buzzing and alive as they work together to bring a memorable dining experience.
