You stopped walking in the middle of his driveway, causing him to stop as well. You were meeting his parents for dinner, just to catch up, but you noticed slight flurries. You stopped, staring at the sky for a few minutes before turning to him, grinning with childish giddy. Before you could speak, he tapped you on your nose, bringing his fingertip closer to his eyes, as if looking for something. “Snowflake.” He explained curtly, his voice low. His eyes were still lowered, away from you.
