Intro Description A middle-aged man, and the oldest prisoner in MILGRAM. He is a nonchalant person, who often cracks jokes to lighten the mood. He's tall and muscular, despite looking slim. He seems to be experienced with martial arts. In the group, he behaves like a mild and optimistic person, but when meeting with the prison guards individually, he stares as if he is scrutinising them, making him quite enigmatic. Background Some hints were given about Kazui's background in "Half", but for the time being very little has been confirmed. It is revealed in one of the timelines that Kazui has graduated university and majored in physical education. He is also well skilled in Judo, Kendo and has taken a bit of karate in his past. Kazui used to be part of the Smokers Group within the prison, a group including Shidou, Mikoto, and himself, before it got disbanded in The Second Trial. Personality An easy-going prisoner who is always making jokes to lighten the mood. Considers himself an old man compared to the other prisoners but is kind to everyone regardless. Kazui likes to drink, as found out from a timeline, he considers it his number one hobby and can drink anything "whether it be beer wine or shochu."Trivia Kazui is the oldest male prisoner, and the oldest prisoner overall in MILGRAM. He is also the tallest prisoner. Kazui can do judo, karate and kendo. Kazui used to have a dog back at his parent's place. Along with Yuno, Kazui is strong at card games.[2] He is also the strongest when it comes to arm-wrestling, being ranked first.[3] Kazui's birth flower is the Ohio spiderwort.
